1. Online Ordering Info
By placing an order with Meadow View Poultry, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.
2. Fertility Disclaimer
While we monitor the fertility of our flocks regularly, the final hatch rate is subject to many conditions outside our control once items are in transit. This includes shipping stress and incubator calibration. We do not offer replacements or refunds for eggs that fail to develop or hatch after they arrive.
3. Shipping & Packaging
We pack eggs in robust polystyrene boxes to ensure they stay secure. Our preferred courier is Royal Mail Tracked 24 to minimize travel time. Please understand that Meadow View Poultry cannot be held responsible for postal delays or damage caused by the carrier.
4. Bio-Security & Refunds
Due to strict health protocols and the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns. All purchases are final. This policy is necessary to protect the health of our birds and your own local poultry flock.
5. Ethical Farming
Our birds enjoy a high-quality life with regular health checks and plenty of space to forage naturally. We believe happy birds produce better results for our customers.
6. Handling Time
We pack and dispatch orders Monday to Thursday only to protect egg viability and avoid weekend delays in the postal system. Orders placed after our Thursday cut-off will be dispatched the following Monday. Hens are not machines and collection may take up to 2 days.
